This poster is a big mystery to me. Avellino (Italy) date and most probably a Holiday (Christmas) circus. The graphics and text are literally copied from Spanish Circo Price and Circo Europa (Faggioni), however an Italian show. In my opinion a small circus without much identity or a group of artists put together for a Holiday one-time show. Probably early to mid 1980s.
